1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services purchased on Arora Mail. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and have established the following refund guidelines.
Important: All purchases on Arora Mail are one-time payments (not subscriptions). Services are delivered instantly as digital products.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Service has been fully used or consumed
- Email addresses have been generated and used
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
- "Change of mind" after service delivery
- Inability to use service due to user's device/network issues
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Purchase
You may cancel at any time before completing payment. No charges will be applied.
4.2 After Purchase
Since services are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellation after purchase is treated as a refund request and subject to the eligibility criteria above.
4.3 Subscription Services
Arora Mail does NOT offer subscription services. All payments are one-time purchases.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@aroramail.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include the following information:
- Order/Transaction ID
- Payment date and amount
- Email address used for purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for our response within 2-3 business days
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-10 business days
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
6.3 Refund Amount
Full refund amount will be credited. Any payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- Contact us again with additional information
- We will review your case within 5 business days
- For unresolved disputes, you may contact Razorpay support
