Arora Mail provides temporary/disposable email address services. Our services include:

• Creation of temporary email addresses
• Receiving and viewing emails
• OTP extraction and notifications
• Email forwarding and management
• API access for automation (paid plans)
• Custom email usernames (paid plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Users can create accounts through our website or Telegram bot. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. Users under 18 may use free services with parental consent.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Arora Mail for:

• Any illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing, identity theft, or fraud attempts

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Structure

All payments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Razorpay, including:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Wallets

5.4 Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All Arora Mail software, logos, trademarks, and content are our intellectual property or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services without written permission.

User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are NOT liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or email delivery failures
• Third-party actions or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 6 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arora Mail harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
