Arora Mail for Android
Disposable email addresses, with one-tap code copying.
What the app does
- Generate disposable addresses instantly, on any of our domains.
- Codes are extracted from incoming mail and shown as a chip, so you can copy one without opening the message.
- Push notifications when mail arrives, with a Copy action on the notification itself.
- Everything the web dashboard does: forwarding, address transfer, plan purchase, and API keys.
Installing
- Tap Download APK above.
- Android will warn that the file comes from outside the Play Store. Allow the install when prompted.
- Open the app and sign in with the same account you use on the website, or create one.
Why the warning appears. This app is distributed directly from this site rather than through the Play Store, so Android asks you to confirm the install. That prompt is normal for any app installed this way. If you would rather not sideload, the Telegram bot and the web dashboard offer the same service with no install.
Verifying the file
Every release is signed with our own key. If you want to confirm the file you downloaded is the one we published, check its SHA-256:
d9438adb3da4befd3df77da744ca20ff5b8fc36c0afd870d54b92e752b9bc5fa
On Windows: certutil -hashfile aroramail.apk SHA256. On macOS or
Linux: shasum -a 256 aroramail.apk.
Updating
Because the app is not distributed through the Play Store, it does not update itself. Return to this page to download a newer version; it will install over your existing copy and your account stays signed in.
Permissions the app asks for
- Notifications — to alert you when mail arrives. Decline it and the app still works; the inbox refreshes while it is open.
- Internet — to reach our servers.
The app requests nothing else: no contacts, no location, no storage, no camera.
Trouble installing?
If the download does not open automatically, look in your browser's Downloads list and tap the file there. If the install is blocked outright, your device may have "install unknown apps" turned off for your browser — that setting is under Settings → Apps → Special access on most devices.
